By Pizarro did design, production, and millwork for Hotel Victor in Miami South Beach. Hotel Victor's inspiration stems from the art deco movement. The hotel attracts a sophisticated guest who knows of the luxury scene in South Beach but wants to stay in a more affordable hotel. We knew to incorporate the inspirational design elements were crucial to the design of the space. We designed, constructed, and sourced materials for the lobby, bar, rooms, restrooms, and column wraps. We worked with partners to ensure the project met expectations. The vision we created for our clients passed expectation.
At By Pizarro, we create efficient spaces that are easy to manufacture even with a strict and speedy deadline like Hotel Victor. This project is a perfect example of pre-fabricating efforts that help ease the installment phase. We are a team of designers and engineers and sketch to create the first idea of the product in its space. After the sketch, we move onto measuring the area out and then 3D modeling the unit with those measurements. We always create pre-fabricated products that are still flexible within a space.
