Interserve Office

Interserve is an office located in the Los Angeles area. Offices serve attractive layout opportunities by looking at how people move around in a given space. The project entailed optimizing the flow of the space, create storage for the main office and personal offices, modular desk layouts, custom desk layouts, and a sliding ladder filing system. Because this space has a cubicle layout, By Pizarro wanted to make the experience more excited and the area more comfortable to navigate. We 3d modeled, engineered, and built the entire project. We knew precisely what systems to use with the furniture and filing systems which left the designing process ease. We found that desks that have a circular flow to them help optimize the desk area. With this knowledge, we created a modular system to construct multiple offices that still allow an opportunity for uniqueness. We always maintained a circular layout to allows an easy reach to more space around the human body. We keep human factors in mind, especially while designing a space to optimize a good workflow.

We design and construct custom pieces with the same cost-cutting mentality as everything else. Pieces that are more difficult to construct are prefabricated to minimize the effort during installation.
