Cuadrata is a multi-dimensional coffee table that features a mixture of materials and systems. The base consists of a stainless steel structure with a form allowing the natural walnut countertop to nestle safely. The Cuadrata design gives a feeling of simplicity as it only features two rectilinear forms. What makes this design interesting is that it unites to create yet another rectilinear form. Cudrata is simple yet sophisticated. We have designed a large number of coffee tables and found that the best selling coffee tables are thin with minimal countertop space. We designed Cuadrata to fit that need but also the ability to provide more countertop space in the attendance of guests. The wood contains a bearing metal slide that makes the table easy to transition between different sizes. This system has its complexities but speaks simplicity with its form and choice of materials.
