By Pizarro did architectural millwork and design specifications for Breeze restaurant at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles, California. Breeze Restaurant specializes in Californian cuisine which includes salads, sandwiches pasta and main dishes. Because this is part of the Hyatt Regency, it offers a broad mix of vegetarian, vegan and options with the California twist. When presented with restaurant projects we like to know about the menu to help select the color material and finish of the project. Even though we did not design the entire restaurant, we played a crucial role in material sourcing. The CMF is an essential part of the design process because it expresses the product. We enhanced the design of the space through wall/column paneling and the high scale construction of the bar that featured string art. Our primary design involvement was in the bar area due to the fact the material brought the furnishings and space to life. We did millwork for the entire restaurant which included all furnishings and spatial separations. At By Pizarro we not only create spaces but millwork them. Because we have a high range of experience, we can move quickly with design specifications and construction drawings to increase construction efficiency and lessen the overall cost of the project. The Breeze restaurant had a fantastic design team that partnered with By Pizarro to bring it to reality.
