Noi Vitacura was designed and produced by By Pizarro. Noi is in a popular residential area in Santiago. This architecturally exciting structure stands out because of its unique facade and designed rooms and a visually stunning spa. The Andes mountain range is just a view away which brings its refreshing winds to Noi's grand vistas. The hotel includes a rooftop pool and bar that hosts parties and everyday hangouts. The Noi Vitacura is near Santiago's fine dining and exclusive shopping areas which serves as a beautiful escape from the bustle. By Pizarro created all of Noi hotel but kept the rooms and spa intimate and personal. We knew a lot of the guests were between business and travel and knew that there was an opportunity to design each suite to feel like an escape. A lot of the suites feature a private office that gives way for a meeting place to professionally take place in the suite. We also designed the restroom to be a significant feature in the room. Many of the rooms' bathrooms have broad views open to the vistas giving way for a personal spa escape in the room. We enjoyed working on this project because it allowed us to jump into every design and manufacturing sector from our background specialties. We ensured high-quality standards and increased the design experience in each space. We are always looking to help the owners mitigate the cost by specifying the right color, material, and finish for a large scale project like this. Because of our expertise in creating hotel bathrooms we were able to create a unique space that follows all plumbing and construction standards.
